“Social Impact Bond Potentially Useful For Social Enterprises’ (Dutch version only)|
De Telegraaf

PLY: Uncle Google may need to help with translation, I know our offices in Poland and Romania singularly failed to locate a dutch speaker but the message is that megabank ABN Amro is endorsing SIBs for Dutch social enterprise and SIB-suitable activities.

As the article notes: “A Social Impact Bond is an instrument that allows private investors offering money for solving a social problem, such as youth unemployment, conducted by a social enterprise or foundation. The investor bears the risk, because it is based on the result whether or not reimbursed by the government.”
